How often do people win scholarship drawings?

I am registered for a scholarship drawing for $10,000. They have scholarship drawings like twice a month and you can register more than once. Does anyone know how often people win?… or a rough estimate of how many people apply. I really need this money!

I did my 9th and 10th grade in Florida but then I moved overseas.
During those years in FL, I achieved a perfect GPA–i got all A’s and I was taking all honors classes.
So, can I still apply for Bright futures scholarship from outside the US if I finish my Florida High school diploma online?
